8-Week Program

​Commit to your fitness for 8 weeks and transform your body! This 8-week program focuses on fat/weight loss and muscle mass gains to hit goals in time for summer! This program offers accountability and flexibility with access to our classes, private group training, and online workouts (using Everfit App). Program starts April 1st. All are welcome!​

SUMMER SHRED 8-WEEK PROGRAM includes:
*Start-to-finish programming focusing on fat loss and building lean muscle for your best results in a 8-week timeline.
​
*Two 30-minute progress appointments with personal trainer (initial & final) & up to four additional 15-min progress check-ins with trainer.
*Two private group classes per week or two class credits for the existing class calendar (private group times will be available based on interest)
*Assigned personal trainer to help guide you through the process of achieving your goals. This can include help with workouts outside of classes, nutrition, lifestyle, and habit coaching.
PROGRAM DETAILS
EXERCISE GOALS:
1. Strength/HIIT Workouts: 3 TOTAL PER WEEK
2. HIIT or LISS Cardio Workouts: 3 TOTAL PER WEEK
3. Active Rest & Recovery Days: 2 TOTAL PER WEEK
*Workouts will be posted to the Everfit App each week, including options for recovery days. Participants can complete the workouts using a combination of private group classes, regular classes, or on their own. Participants can also complete their workouts 100% on their own as well.
NUTRITION GOALS:
1. Drink 100 ounces of water a day. The program offers progressive timeline to work your way from drinking nothing to 100 ounces daily.
2. Eat more protein. Every person has different nutrition needs but the program offers different options to help participants find a balance within their own diet to help them achieve their goals.

PROGRAM PERSONALIZATION
RESULTS TRACKING:
During progress appointments with your trainer, you will discuss the body metrics you would like to track during the program, including but not limited to: weight, measurements, body fat percentage, and progress photos.

PERSONAL GOAL SETTING:
Short-term goal setting will be personalized to participants needs and wants with guidance from their personal trainer.
